Burke Adams Special Needs Sports Program
BASNSP has been
providing the opportunity for all children with
disabilities in East Greenbush, New York and the
surrounding communities to participate in
organized sports programs regardless of their
need for assistance during play. Programs
include baseball, basketball, bowling, football,
TOP Soccer, and track and field.
Disabled Children's Relief
Fund -
New York - a
non-profit 501(c)(3) organization,
provides disabled children with assistance to
obtain wheelchairs, orthopedic braces, walkers,
lifts, hearing aids, eyeglasses, medical
equipment, physical therapy, and surgery. Blind,
Deaf, Amputees, and children with Cerebral
Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Spastic Quadriplegia,
Encephalitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spina
Bifida, Down's Syndrome, and other disabilities
receive assistance. DCRF focuses special
attention on helping children throughout the
U.S. that do not have adequate health insurance,
especially the physically challenged.

Apple Dumplin Camp
Provides an awesome
camp experience for children with disabilities
as well as disadvantaged children. Campers can
experience life as it was in the 1880's. Trail
rides, chuck wagon roundups, archery/riflery,
arts and crafts, horseback riding, are just some
of the adventures at Apple Dumplin' Camp.
